Nahhh girl…I’ve just asked myself all the same questions. I’ve sat in front of my OB when she told me I should probably change how I was working out. I’ve googled from here to eternity everything you can think of about exercising during pregnancy. I’ve got an entire Pinterest board dedicated to “Pregnancy Fitness”….so yeah, I’ve been there.
But the good news for you?!
Once you have a coach that has walked in your shoes, you can walk into the gym with a plan and the confidence of knowing how to care for your body (and your baby) while pregnant.

I completed Brianna Battles Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism course to gain more knowledge and am currently the only Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach in Mississippi.
I want to make sure you have the education and support you need to continue to exercise safely during pregnancy. I also want to honor your body during this season so that you can continue to do your favorite type of fitness for years to come, even after you’re done having babies!

Pregnancy Consultation
Not ready to commit to 1:1 coaching? Maybe you just need some advice on a specific sport or consideration? Schedule a 30 or 60-minute consultation with me to discuss a plan that will work best for you! This is a great place to start if you’ve got specific questions about fitness or pregnancy and you’re not sure who to ask!
Consultations can be held in person at Crossfit JXN or virtually via the Zoom app.

Pregnancy 1:1 Coaching
Having me as your personal coach during pregnancy would be an honor! I’m taking on a very limited number of individual clients at this time so jump on a free 15-minute consultation and let’s discuss your goals! Every 1:1 client will start with a 60-minute on-board consultation including fitness history and movement assessment. From there we can move into individualized programming, or I can work along with the staff at your current gym to modify your current exercise regimen for pregnancy.
