I know how it feels…

You’re overwhelmed with where to begin.

You’re worried you will have to resign to “mombod” from here on out

You’re always putting the needs of everyone else ahead of yourself.

You want guidance and direction to give you back your confidence.

and i’m just the coach you’ve been looking for

We’re going to rebuild, from the ground up. We’re going to flip the script on what culture tells us, that from here on out the only goal is to get back in that size whatever jeans. We’re going to focus on more than just losing the baby weight. We’re going to walk into this new season of motherhood together, with a plan.

You made it through the life-changing event of birthing a brand new child, and what you deserve (maybe even more than a piping-hot latte) is someone to remind you that you are valued and your body is worth taking care of.

Let’s get to work!

Postpartum Foundations 6-Week At Home Workout Guide

You can finally stop googling “what can I do until I’m cleared at my 6 weeks follow up”.

If you’ve had an uncomplicated delivery and your OB gives you the thumbs up, then you can start this guide as early as 1-2 weeks postpartum. This guide is focused on the basics of rehab and rebuilding: breathwork, positioning, intentional rehabilitation with a focus on your core and pelvic floor.

Work within your budget

For less than the price of hiring a 1:1 coach, you can grab this guide with detailed workouts. Each workout comes with instructional videos and explanations.

Get it done on your own time

Don’t worry about having to show up somewhere on time, finish the workouts as you can throughout the day, we all know what it’s like to be on a newborn’s schedule.

Focus on your mental health as well as your physical health

This guide comes with 8 journal prompts to follow in the early postpartum season to help integrate your physical healing with your emotional journey into motherhood and all its new demands.

Along with these things listed above you’ll get bonus educational videos, a quick breakdown of some common postpartum symptoms, and more!

Postpartum Rebuild 8 Week At Home Workout Guide

You’ve made it through the initial 6-week rehab program and you got the “all clear” from your OB, but pump the breaks! Before you just jump back into fitness with both feet, let’s give your body the intention it deserves to rebuild after 9-10 long months of being pregnant.

Complete your workouts when you want to

You’ll get 3 workouts per week to complete on the days that work for you. The program starts out with a focus on rehab and moves into strength building and even some cardio and conditioning as the weeks progress!

Don’t worry about second-guessing yourself

Each workout will come with instructional videos to help explain all movements.

Work at your own pace

As you rebuild postpartum, there will be weeks that feel easier than others and sometimes it can feel like you are taking 2 steps forward and 1 step backward. With this PDF guide, you have lifetime access to these workouts and if you need to spend more time or repeat weeks along the way to continue to build strength then you can without worrying if you are having to keep up with anyone else.

Along with these things listed above, you will get bonus educational videos and more!

Postpartum Consultation or One on One Coaching:

Not ready to commit to an in-person class, a 6-week program, or 1:1 coaching? Maybe you just need some advice on a specific sport or consideration? Schedule a 30 or 60-minute consultation with me to discuss a plan that will work best for you! This is a great place to start if you’ve got specific questions about fitness, or you’ve had an issue that you didn’t know who to talk to about (ex: you always leak when you run, but you thought that was “normal”).

If you are looking for an even more individualized program or more access to me as a coach then 1:1 coaching may be for you. Let’s chat about your goals and what you are looking for and how I can help!
